The developments and inventions that have occurred in the last decade, spearheaded primarily by persons in their twenties, bore witness to this. Today's educators and education system are locked in a time warp, and they haven't been updated enough to provide the stimulation required to pique the latent talent present in every classroom.The time has come to let go of the old and embrace the new, to make a paradigm change in how we think about and interact with the young, in order to cultivate the leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators who will usher in a new, vibrant India.
